The hotel is ideally located close to downtown, which is a major plus. However, the rooms were not as clean or well-maintained as I would have hoped for. The service, especially the laundry service, was excellent. Unfortunately, the location is in a sketchy part of town, making it feel a bit unsafe. The dining experience, particularly the Neapolitan pizza, was fantastic, but the facilities were lacking in some areas.
