My stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The rooms were beautifully appointed, including a fully equipped kitchen, thanks to Mr Leroy and Mr Carlos Gracia at the reception for their excellent customer service. The service was outstanding, except for the slightly pushy valet guys in the mornings. The location was superb, central to Coconut Grove and overlooking the bay of Coconut Grove. The dining experience, unfortunately, was below average but the homemade biscuits were a lovely touch.
