This hotel is a gem! The rooms are spacious, the staff is welcoming, and the convenient location near the train stations and local eateries makes it a top choice. The dining options may not be outstanding, but the service and value make up for it.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was nice and big with a good view out over Narita town, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped, making unpacking unnecessary with my full bags. The location was great, near the train station and in the heart of Narita, offering enough space for two guests. The staff were friendly, spoke English, and provided efficient and helpful service. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Japan, especially enjoying the English style with marmalade. However, it would have been better if there were more options for breakfast hours. Overall, a fantastic hotel worth the value.
