Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were not replenished with coffee and sugar for the first two days, but they were clean. Despite being located near a funfair that was quite noisy on weekends, the balcony offered a nice touch.
Upon arrival, the rooms were big and clean but very dated and old, needing some updating. The service, ranging from the front desk folks to the wait staff, was pleasant, but there were moments of rudeness and unhelpfulness. The location, perfect for visiting Etna and wineries, although looking over the sea was not to our liking. The dining experience was very basic, with a bit of poor quality. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms are clean and comfortable, facing the pool. While they felt more 3-star than 4-star, they are adequate for a relaxing stay. The service provided by the friendly staff is commendable, offering various amenities and assistance. The location, though not perfect due to being around 3 km from the city center with limited public transport, offers a peaceful setting. The dining options, though repetitive, are satisfying. Overall, the hotel provides good value for the money with some room for improvement.
