The hotel offers large and cosy rooms with a balcony. While my room got changed to a twin double without a kettle due to full booking, the stay was still nice. The service was very helpful and kind, except for a small confusion I had to clear up with a staff member. The location is a little out of the center but fine, and while the view from the window wasn't ideal, the proximity to Alicante airport was convenient. The dining experience was yummy though a bit pricey, and there was plenty of food. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service, despite a few minor hiccups.

Upon arrival to a huge suite, the hotel rooms are clean, bright, and spacious, offering great comfort. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff.
