I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city near the Schanze with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the lack of a lift from the landing to reception was a minor inconvenience, the overall experience was wonderful.
