Although not all aspects were perfect, my stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, though not connecting and a bit unclean, had everything one would need, but the noise from construction was a major downside. The service, while repetitive at times, was saved by the extremely polite and friendly front of house staff. The location was excellent for my needs but could use some maintenance, yet having Steph and Chelsea assisting made a significant difference. The dining experience, especially with the bay view and breakfast, was a highlight. Overall, the facilities were good, but some areas needed attention.
