The hotel had some impressive stains on the carpet and could use better coffee making service, but it was very clean and up to date overall. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, although there was a delay in posting back my ID. The location was perfect for us, with eateries and shopping facilities within walking distance of Campsie Station. The dining experience was lovely, and the hotel facilities were great.
