The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. Despite the clean and comfortable rooms and the friendly service, there were issues like noise from construction and poor dining options. The location was convenient though with great views over the city.

The hotel had quite a mixed experience. While the rooftop pool area provided stunning views, the room quality was comparable to budget guesthouses in Cambodia, with thin walls causing noise disturbances. The service was friendly but somewhat artificial. The location was convenient for exploring the city, although a bit of a walk to main attractions. The dining offered a good variety of Asian and western cuisine. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
