I was fortunate to receive an upgrade, which I really appreciated. The rooms were a bit small but sufficient, especially the washroom which could fit a bed. They were big enough for a couple and cozy for a one-person stay. The service was amazing, with staff who bent over backwards to attend to our family needs. The location was excellent, with free access to the water park and close to the lively Galaxy area. The dining experience was average, not ideal for a hotel of this quality. Overall, a great stay with some minor room size issues.

The hotel's rooms boast a fantastic aqua deck, are huge, with amazing bathrooms and all expected amenities; however, rooms on lower floors are nicer. The service is top-notch with polite, kind, and helpful staff who even asked if I needed water. The location is ideal in the Galaxy area, near various attractions, but a bit far from the lobby. Overall, a great value for the money with delightful surprises for children and parents alike.
