My stay at the hotel was perfect for a business trip. The modern room, despite having to turn on the air-conditioning for a while, was excellently detailed with chic furniture like chairs and standing lamps. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated not having to wait until the exact check-in time. The service was super friendly, though a bit slow due to the busy traffic. The location was ideal for business travelers, close to the SPICE Arena and surrounded by great dining options. The dining experience was good with a variety of choices, but some dishes like nasi lemak could be improved. Overall, a great value for money.
