Our stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and some disappointments. We were amazed by the spacious and clean room, and the lovely gesture of flowers and cake from our concierge for our Anniversary. However, the lack of working hot water in the shower was a downside. The suggestion to call for an appointment to see a room was unnecessary, and the lobby pool was dirty with no suitable dining options.

Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were very spacious and exceeded our expectations in many ways, though they could use some USB ports. We were pleasantly surprised with champagne, chocolate strawberries, and rose petals on the bed, making our stay truly indulgent. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was perfect for tired travelers needing a good rest or those looking to treat themselves.
