The service was a mixed bag with some staff being very accommodating, especially the housekeeping and valet parking teams, but others coming across as rude and annoyed. The location was exceptional, making it easy to explore different parts of the island. The dining experience was great but on the pricier side. The hotel featured organically shaped pools and Jacuzzis, adding a unique touch to the grounds.
