I had a lovely stay at the hotel; the rooms were extremely comfortable complete with a lovely balcony, although I noticed some noise from above at times. The service was very friendly, but it would have been nice if they could provide more details about the tours and services. The location was perfect for me this time, nestled in a great garden setting and just a short tuk-tuk ride away from the city center. The dining experience was superb, with a variety of choices suitable for different nationalities. The facilities were top-notch.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, which I loved, but unfortunately, there was a musty smell coming from the air conditioning, and the construction site nearby was a bit distracting. The service was excellent overall, with a shoutout to the friendly and attentive staff, although there was a slight issue with trying to cheat us on the way to Pub Street. The location was a bit out of town, but accessible with tuk tuks and offered a quiet setting. The dining experience had good variety for vegetarians, but it was crowded with tour groups. The facilities were fantastic, despite the minor downsides.

The dining experience was superb, catering to different guest nationalities, in a unique setting. The facilities were modern and well-kept.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience! The rooms, with a good size bathroom, were lush, and the staff even drove us down to the airport. The service was outstanding, especially with the male staff who assisted us in the business center and even organized a wine tasting course. The location, in a Cambodian style hut, was perfect for unwinding after a long day, although it was a bit out of the city. The dining experience in the well-maintained garden was beyond expectations. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.
