My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although beautiful, calm, and gorgeously furnished, provided a comfortable experience. However, the noise disturbances from the nearby bars and construction were a downside to an otherwise fantastic room. The service was exceptional, with incredibly kind and attentive staff making my stay special. The hotel's location, while perfect for exploring Palma, had late-night disturbances that affected my overall experience. The dining options were satisfactory but could use some improvement. The facilities were good, albeit with some room for enhancement.
