The hotel is a gem! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of 3, complete with extra little touches like bottled water, chocolates, and premium toiletries. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay so pleasant. However, the dining experience had some waiting time, especially for cooked-to-order meals. The location was superb, near major attractions with easy parking options, but the lack of heated plates for breakfast was a drawback.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed for a very comfortable stay. The extras like fans, charging points, and cotton pads in the bathroom were a nice touch. The service was outstanding - so understanding, kind, and warming. I will definitely be returning for more of their excellent hospitality. The location was perfect, ideal for exploring Blackpool attractions like the Pleasure Beach and conveniently located near the South Pier tram stop. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience with top-notch service and amenities.

The hotel room was on the small side, but it was lovely, clean, and the comfiest and cleanest we have stayed in Blackpool, with everything you could possibly need. The staff were friendly, very helpful, and accommodating, making us feel welcome and at home. The location was great, just a short walk to the Pleasure Beach and other amenities. The dining experience was fab, and we would definitely stay here again.
