I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, right in the heart of Old Town Zuerich, but there were some drawbacks like the lack of air conditioning and shared bathrooms. The staff were exceptional in their assistance and customer focus, making my stay more pleasant. The dining options were basic, and the facilities were average.
