My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious enough for two people and conveniently close to the tram service, making it easy to travel in and out of the city. The location in North Melbourne was great, but there were some issues with the check-in system and the initial instructions given to find the apartment. The service was friendly and quick to attend to requests, although there were inconsistencies with providing information. The hotel had great access to public transport and was near the city, suiting my needs perfectly.

The rooms were spacious and provided us with great washing machine and kitchen facilities, but unfortunately, they were extremely noisy from passing traffic, trams, and even pedestrian crossing signals at all hours. Despite this, the room was plenty big enough for the two of us, although we discovered the next morning that the coffee cups were still dirty from the previous occupants.

The hotel offers excellent access to public transport making it fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this place to any of our friends. However, the room was noisy due to traffic virtually 24/7 and frequent trams passing by till late at night.
