My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the room cleanliness left much to be desired with blood spattered on the walls and the uncomfortable bed, the staff at the front desk was very rude. The breakfast area was cramped, making it hard to enjoy the limited food options. However, the hotel's location near the tram ride was convenient, though the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy.
