The hotel may be in a bad neighborhood and have some issues with maintenance, like a missing tack strip going into the bathroom and mildew, but the rooms were surprisingly nice and clean. The rates were reasonable, and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions in the surrounding area to choose from.

Although the hotel is located near a gentlemen's club and a Tim Horton donut shop, both unforeseen at the time of booking, it's actually nice and spacious. Unfortunately, there were some unsettling incidents reported by other guests involving local restaurant employees.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and there was an unsettling incident with someone attempting to sell our vehicle, but thankfully, they were unsuccessful. However, the location near the interstate was convenient for food options. Service was a bit lacking with some staff interactions being questionable, but housekeeping was friendly enough. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I was initially given had a musty smell and required a change, but the second room had a clean and very comfortable king-size bed. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff being very understanding and helpful while others were less courteous, even threatening to eject us for a complaint. The location was convenient with a good selection of stores and restaurants nearby, albeit the dining options left much to be desired. The hotel amenities were standard, nothing extraordinary.
