The hotel is conveniently located just 6 minutes from the Richmond airport, making it perfect for my needs. The rooms, though a bit worn, were wheelchair accessible but suffered from poor conditions and temperature issues. The service was exceptional as the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even offering to move me to a different room due to mold. The dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. Unfortunately, the lack of easily accessible facilities within a reasonable distance was a downside.
