Quality Hotel Saga, Tromso

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel for two nights. The room was large, clean, and had a spectacular view across the harbor, though a bit small when traveling with a baby. The service was friendly and welcoming, with great advice about activities and transport. The location was really good, just a short walk to the restaurants, bars, the harbor, and most tour collection points. The dining experience was good, offering a range of options, including fresh fruits.

The hotel is perfectly situated at the center of all the meeting spots for your tours, offering a big, very good breakfast but with some unprofessional aspects in the room. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, ready to assist even during odd hours. The location couldn't be more central in Tromso, making it easy to walk to everything. The dining experience is delightful with yummy options every morning. However, some professionalism issues in the rooms might affect the overall experience.

The hotel rooms were perfect and exceeded my expectations; however, they must have had very thin walls as I could hear all conversations from the family beside me. The rooms were basic but comfortable, quite clean, spacious, and nice with a beautiful sea and city view. The service was friendly, welcoming, caring, and very helpful. The location was great, easy to walk everywhere, with underfloor heating in the bathroom keeping it nice and warm. The dining was plentiful with a wide variety suitable for different nationalities although it seemed a bit limited compared to other top hotels. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel with minor noise concerns and dining variety.
