My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I got situated right next to the elevator was surprisingly quiet, and I appreciated the spacious size of both the room and the bathroom. However, the overall room quality was not up to my expectations.

The hotel has beautiful rooms with a couch, fridge, and microwave, all available until 12:30 pm for free. The service at the Fox Bistro was awesome, and the staff was nice and friendly. The location, though a little far from the terminal, is close to Pearson Airport with many nearby restaurants and cafes. The dining experience, especially after paying a high price, was over CAD200, which some may find expensive. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were fantastic, very clean, and had everything I needed. The view from the 16th floor was simply breathtaking, especially at night. The housekeeping staff even went above and beyond by pushing the elevator button for me. The shuttle driver was friendly and greeted me warmly. The only downside was the lack of an in-room safe, but overall, the price was very good for all the amenities offered.
