My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable, but the old worn-out leather sofa was a downside. The service was exceptional, especially from the manager who went above and beyond. The location was convenient with lots of Asian restaurants nearby, but it was not very close to Times Square. The dining options offered a few additional Chinese choices, but the menu could be more diverse. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
