My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient between Tempe & Scottsdale, but the presence of local homeless people nearby was a downside. The rooms were average and not very clean, with some maintenance issues, but the service was friendly and efficient.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly well-kept and comfortable, offering two flat screens and a clean bathroom area. The suite setup with its own separate bedroom door was a definite highlight. The service was top-notch with friendly staff, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, and although the surroundings were a bit dirty, it didn't overshadow the proximity to nearby attractions. The dining experience, while limited in options, was decent. Overall, a great value for money!
