My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had big dead roaches, dirty bed linens, and a smell of cigars despite choosing a non-smoking room. On the bright side, the shower was amazing with multiple settings for a great massage. The service was helpful and accommodating, but I had issues getting a refund. The location was good with various things nearby, but not much to do within walking distance. The dining experience was subpar, but the shuttle service was convenient. Overall, the cleanliness was decent, but improvements are needed to enhance the overall experience.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms had big dead roaches, dirty bed linens with red spots, sand on the floors, a cigar smell in a supposed non-smoking room, and mold in the sink. Moreover, the room attendant supervisor was extremely rude when we requested a room change due to the roaches and dirty linen. On the positive side, the room was spotless after the change, but the overall experience was far from pleasant.
