My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, a real treat. The service was top-notch, the staff exceeding all expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the surroundings, although access to certain amenities could have been better. Overall, a delightful experience with great value for money.

The hotel staff were brilliant, extremely warm, welcoming, and down to earth, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even put up banners in our room for my 13-year-old.

The location was perfect for a stroll along the promenade and easy access to attractions like the Pleasure Beach and South Pier. It was ideal for close proximity to the sea life center, tower, and the beach, but easier access to a bar or staff would have been a nice addition.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and come with great extras like robes, slippers, hairdryer, and straighteners. Perfect for a family stay as our three-year-old son had a fold-out bed provided by the hotel. The service was extremely warm and welcoming, going the extra mile from arrival to departure. The location is ideal, close to sea life attractions, the tower, and the beach. The dining experience was delightful, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, a fantastic experience with some minor drawbacks.
