During my stay, I faced some issues with my room's lock, but the staff swiftly resolved it by moving me to a different room. While the price was higher than I'd typically expect, I appreciated their quick response. The overall experience was mixed due to the higher cost and some room problems, but the prompt service helped mitigate my frustration.
