I felt like I had my own small apartment with the spacious room. The hotel provides a room with a full kitchen, work table, couches, and a king-sized bed, making it super comfortable. The clean smell was a huge plus compared to other hotels I've stayed at. However, the dining experience was a letdown with a small and not so clean setup.

The hotel offers very nice rooms with a kitchenette and a nice seating area, including a sleeper sofa. It was the largest room I've experienced among four different Residence Inns. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reservationist on the phone to the shuttle drivers, front desk staff, and breakfast area staff. The location is convenient, close to the airport and within easy walking distance of several restaurants, shopping, and public transit. The dining options were delicious, though slightly limited compared to other Residence Inns. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

I stayed in a very attractive and very quiet studio king suite. The room was spacious with a separate sitting area for TV or reading, but unfortunately, there was a broken hook that wasn't replaced. The service was phenomenally polite, friendly, and professional, although there was an incident with the trash being emptied into the toilet and forgotten about. The location was quite new and very attractive, near the airport and convenient to freeways and light rail, making it easy to explore Portland. The dining options were standard fare, with a decent selection of hot items, although the cranberry juice tasted diluted. Overall, a comfortable stay at a conveniently located hotel.
