My stay in this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were pleasant and clean, but the noise from the freeway was quite disturbing. The service was nice, with the staff willing to make amends when needed. The location was convenient for accessing other sites in San Antonio, but the layout of the building had some drawbacks. The dining experience was a bit mixed, with delicious food but limited choices. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
