I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, as it was conveniently located near Nauticus, downtown mall, and close restaurants. The rooms were very clean and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. However, the dining experience was marred by low-quality knives and a lack of value for money. Overall, a great value for the price and excellent service.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although not as clean as I would have liked - I found hair in the tub. The pullout couch was incredibly uncomfortable, so much so that my granddaughter refused to sleep on it for her last night with us. On the upside, the rooms were clean and generally comfortable.

The staff was very helpful, kind, and professional. However, they were not very quick in refilling amenities. They did a great job at managing the front and ensuring non-guests stayed out of the lobby. The grocery shopping service was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel was great near the waterside and many restaurants. However, the pool was unavailable due to painting fumes during my stay. Despite this, it was within walking distance to key attractions like Chrysler Hall, the Scope, Nauticus, and the Battleship Wisconsin, as well as Pagoda Gardens and the waterfront.
