The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome from the bellhop to the counter staff. The location was convenient, close to the Dongmen MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of dishes each day. However, the hotel was slightly far from major shopping areas. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
