Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel, Crawley (West Sussex)

The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-equipped but too hot, with disruptive noise at night. Service was outstanding, going above and beyond with helpful, friendly staff. The location was excellent for Gatwick Airport, close to amenities. Dining was basic, with limited offerings. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently close to Gatwick Airport with the bonus of affordable car parking, but the rooms had a slight musky aroma and were unexpectedly set up with bunk beds. The service lacked enthusiasm and product knowledge, although some staff were helpful. The location is superb for airport access and offers a great atmosphere, but some areas felt uncomfortably warm. The dining options were a bit overpriced and lacking in quality, with limited choices. The facilities were average overall.
