Upon arrival, our room was not ready for 40 minutes, and it had a strong smell like a smoking room even though we booked a non-smoking one. The stench of cigarette smoke and a lingering odor of pets marred the experience. The hotel's service, however, was helpful and attentive to our complaints. The location, although convenient, had a significant issue with homelessness in the area, creating safety concerns. The dining options were limited, especially for breakfast, but the inclusion of street food added some variety. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel provided a good value for the money with its proximity to dining options and room service facilities.
