Sant Jaume Design Hotel, Palma de Mallorca

My stay at the hotel was comfortable overall, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The bed and pillow selection was top-notch, although the room was a bit warm due to only having one vent. It would have been better if the temperature could go lower during the summer months. The service was professional and home-like, with helpful staff who went the extra mile to guide me through the attractions in Mallorca. The location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes away from shops and restaurants in the beautiful Old Town of Palma. The dining experience was not up to expectations, with additional charges for some items despite having paid for breakfast. However, the facilities were good, offering a nice range of amenities.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were gorgeous, and the staff was exceptionally kind, doing everything to make my stay special and always willing to help with anything. However, it would have been nice if the temperature in the room could go down to 18 degrees instead of just 20 degrees during the summer months. Overall, a standard room but with a lovely balcony overlooking the reception and main entrance.

The hotel had really small rooms with a not-so-nice view, but they were lovely and incredibly quiet. The rooms, although small for a five-star hotel, were very comfortable and well looked after. The service was extremely polite and helpful, especially behind the bar. The location was fantastic, within short walking distance to everywhere in Palma. The dining experience was very good, although there were extra charges for some items even after paying for breakfast.

The hotel rooms were spacious, bright, and very, very comfortable, although it would have been even better if there were more than one armchair and the temperature could go down to 18 degrees in the summer. The staff was gorgeous, exceptionally kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
