My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were dirty and had a strong odor, making it difficult for me and my son to even stay there. The staff was unhelpful and rude when I tried to address the cleanliness issues. On the plus side, the room layout was decent, but overall, the place needs significant improvements.
