I had a great stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms and amazing views over the historical building, park, and skyline. The location was perfect for exploring Miraflores, connecting to a mall with restaurants and offering easy access to historic Lima. The hotel is situated in front of the Supreme Court in Lima downtown, close to the Metropolitan central bus station. The location is handy next to a mall with all services available, but the area has a lot of traffic pollution. The service, although at the Sheraton, was not properly trained, resulting in staff that was not very helpful.
