My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very spacious, but had several small issues that affected my overall comfort. The service was lovely and friendly, but the hotel itself needs some renovation. The location was convenient with access to the Elisabeth River Ferry, yet it didn't fully meet my expectations as a Sheraton brand. The dining experience was acceptable, but lacked some essential amenities. Overall, a mixed experience.

The hotel's location is wonderful, right along the water and within walking distance of a mall and lots of restaurants. The rooms were spacious and convenient for our 19 lb dog, but the buzzing noise from next door was quite disturbing during the night. The service was great, especially their quick service in the restaurant when we were in a hurry, but the lack of information about paid parking was a downside. The dining was good overall, but the absence of a microwave and continental breakfast for the price paid was a letdown.
