My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was close to key areas, the cleanliness was horrendous with cockroaches visible and a significant tobacco smell. Staff interactions left much to be desired as they were mostly rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

I had a rough time at Joker Inn. While the service staff seemed fine and the service was decent, I was disturbed by the atmosphere with unwanted guests around. Eventually, my friends and I got dismissed from our corner table without clear reasons. The experience left a bad impression. I also had a stay at another place where I faced issues with an old room filled with mold and cockroaches-definitely not comfortable! Cleanliness and proper guest management need improvement at both places.
