My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean and comfy, and the hotel is in the best position close to markets, shopping, and supermarkets. The waffles for breakfast were delicious, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. However, there were some concerning behaviors like people not following pool rules.

Upon checking in at 6 pm, we found the rooms were not ready and no apology was given. However, the location of the hotel was beautiful, with easy access to Pub Street and a short drive to Angkor Wat temple. The staff was exceptional, always helpful and down to earth. The dining experience was amazing with a variety of options, especially for breakfast.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were tired, with wardrobe doors barely hanging on and limited coat hangers, but they did have a large balcony which was a nice touch. Housekeeping seemed a bit inconsistent. The service was exceptional, especially Mr Khamera at reception who was always courteous and helpful. The staff were knowledgeable but lacked local restaurant contacts. The hotel's location, surrounded by well-kept gardens and a cannonball tree, was beautiful and convenient for exploring the area. The dining options were average at best, except for a satisfying breakfast spread. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfy. We stayed in room 112 overlooking the pool, and it was lovely to sit on our balcony with a drink, so relaxing. Room service was spot on, and the hotel is in the best position close to markets, shopping, and supermarkets. There are taxi services right at the door. The breakfast was amazing, especially the yummy waffles, and there were plenty of dishes to choose from. However, the room was a bit outdated and requires an upgrade.
