My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were suitable for resting but not ideal for work or chilling out in places other than the bed. Unfortunately, the initial room I was assigned had no space for my luggage, and the size was notably smaller than North American standards. Nevertheless, the hotel's 16th-floor room facing K11 tower offered a nice view.

The service at the hotel was fantastic. Staff members were very responsive to all our requests, making my stay much more enjoyable. From practical needs to general inquiries, they were all lovely, helpful, and friendly.

The hotel's location was a mixed bag. On one hand, the central position made it easy to access shopping venues and dining spots, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and malls. However, the tiny space made it challenging to gather with friends.
