We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which is a family-run gem located conveniently close to all the attractions Blackpool has to offer. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had all the essentials we needed. The owners made us feel very welcome and were helpful throughout our stay. The parking was reasonably priced, but I wish our room had been a bit larger as it felt a touch cramped for our taste.

I had quite a mixed experience at the Springfield Hotel. While the location is perfect and allows easy access to everything in Blackpool, my stay was marred by the lack of comfort in the room and the overall unprofessional handling of issues. However, I did appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly attitude of the owners.

The hosts, Tasha and Jay, were absolutely fantastic, attentive, and made our experience enjoyable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, which was a big plus.
