The hotel has nice rooms, but cleanliness could be improved. I didn't mind paying for the Internet service in my room. However, there were no trash bags in the trash containers. The service was exceptional and made my challenging day much better. The location was fantastic, with convenient access to various cities in Northern Florida. The dining experience was above average for lodging food. The facilities need repairs and thorough cleaning.

My stay at the hotel was overall great. The room I stayed in was super spacious and comfortable, although I had a little inconvenience with the timing of the shuttle service to the cruise port. The temperature in the room was kept at a cool level which I appreciated.
