Springhill Suites Irvine John Wayne Airport / Orange County, Irvine

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were really well laid out, with separate toilet, shower room, and a large coat closet. However, the room was so loud that I had to constantly shut it down. The hotel's location was decent, far enough away from the highway to be quiet, but more suited for business travelers. The service had its ups and downs, with some helpful staff members but also instances where I felt misunderstood. The dining experience was good, with fresh and popular options, although it could use more supervision for a smoother experience.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to shopping areas and OC beaches. The rooms had a musty smell in different areas and my room was unmade until late afternoon. Despite some room issues, the hotel offered good value for its price.

My stay at Embassy Suites was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and perfect for our family of four, with the toilet separate from the shower, which was super convenient for us traveling with kids. The location was incredibly central for exploring Orange County, right off the freeway and close to shopping areas and OC beaches. However, pedestrian access to other places was limited. The dining experience was good but could have been better if breakfast had been set up on time. The service was helpful overall, but there were some issues with communication and attitude. The facilities were well-maintained, and the hotel had excellent amenities.
