I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with comfortable, clean, and contemporary rooms featuring great amenities like cozy beds, a fridge, sink, and microwave. However, there was a small inconvenience with a broken knob on the closet door that made it tricky to open. The room type was unexpectedly changed from a king suite to two full beds, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit small but had a nice sitting room area with a sofa, desk, and cabinet area with a refrigerator and microwave. The service was exceptional overall, with extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond, although there were some issues with grabbing snacks before they were fully set out. The location was convenient for my visit to ODU, but I had to park on the street due to bad weather. The dining was good overall but sometimes lacked sufficient food towards the end of service. The facilities were satisfactory, although there were a few areas that needed improvement.
