Springhill Suites Tempe At Arizona Mills Mall, Tempe

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to the Arizona Mills mall and convenient for accessing the airport and downtown. However, the rooms felt oddly humid and lacking basic amenities like a hair dryer, which was quite inconvenient. The service was efficient and pleasant overall, despite some noise disturbances from staff arguing in the hallways. The dining options were basic but satisfactory for a quick meal.

The hotel's rooms were clean and had great amenities, making for a comfortable stay. However, it was inconvenient to have to pack up to move to another room, only to find there was no room key available. The hotel's location by the Arizona Mills Mall was convenient, but there was a noticeable smell of weed in the air that was not addressed by the staff.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and a good size, although it was a bit challenging to adjust the room temperature to my liking. Having a small fridge and microwave was convenient. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with mostly helpful and friendly staff but also some rude behavior and issues with oversold rooms. The location was decent, a short distance from the ASU campus and the airport, but lacked excitement. The dining experience was satisfactory but tended to get repetitive after a few days. The facilities met my expectations.
