I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, the service was top-notch with staff being most helpful and very polite, the location was central and convenient, and the dining experience, though not available until late, was surprisingly amazing. The facilities were great as well.

However, I did notice a stain on the duvet cover, a chipped mug, and the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell. The service was great overall, as they were accommodating and even offered us access to another room and a complimentary breakfast to make up for the misleading information about breakfast being included. The location was perfect in Hither Green village, London, with amazing breakfast options. The dining experience was a bit disappointing as nobody was available upon departure to address the issue, although the room service provided hot beverages and a muffin. Overall, the stay was enjoyable but had some room for improvement.
