What an interesting stay! My room had a decent kitchen and breakfast service, making it very convenient. However, I encountered a confused desk clerk and even found one napping in her car. The housekeeping, grocery shopping service, and welcome drink were lovely touches, but I was slightly disappointed by the lack of nearby dining options. The hotel's location in Miami Beach was nice, though not central to good restaurants or downtown.
