My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, unfortunately, were not as represented on the website, lacking some amenities like a working landline phone and cleanliness issues with a cockroach, gum stuck on the wall, and a dirty toilet seat. However, the service was exceptional, super friendly and helpful, making it a standout. The location had its drawbacks, including difficulty finding parking and being far from the city center, but it was near the airport. The dining experience was subpar, with limited options and indigestible food.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The air conditioning was a huge plus factor. The friendly staff made me feel safe and welcomed, and the location near the airport was very convenient.
