The hotel feels like an apartment with clean rooms that made us feel at home, but the staff was very rude. The location was perfect for visiting the city but had some cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Dining was a great addition but separated from the rooms, services were friendly and helpful.

The hotel location was ideal, just off I77 and Tyvola Road, offering easy access to various amenities like regular restaurants, gas stations, and the interstate highway. The rooms, unfortunately, did not match the online description, with no balconies and challenging snowy outdoor stairs. However, the service, especially from Miss BB the night staff, was exceptional, although some noise disturbances were noted. The dining experience was decent but inconveniently located in a separate building. Overall, a good value for a longer stay in the Charlotte area.
